2023 Rip-N-Lips was a huge success!​

The Rip-N-Lips Invitational is a fishing tournament and charity auction event with activities for the whole family.  
It was started in 2010 by Sam and Katie Pearcy.  As a wildland firefighter, Sam wanted to start a fishing event to benefit the Wildland Firefighter Foundation. The Foundation is an amazing support resource for all wildland firefighters.  Please watch the videos below or check out the WFF website for more information  
Rip-N-Lips has become a significant contributor to the foundation.  The main event is a fishing tournament followed by a benefit auction.  There is food, drinks and other activities.  100% of proceeds benefit the WIldland Firefighter Foundation.

The Wildland Firefighter Foundation provides emergency support services for fallen firefighters and their families.

​Wildland Firefighter Foundation’s main focus is to help families of firefighters killed in the line of duty and to assist injured firefighters and their families. We honor and acknowledge past, present, and future members of the wildland firefighting community, and partner with private and interagency organizations to bring recognition to wildland firefighters.
